Sarah is a licensed massage therapist in Massachusetts and New Hampshire. She always had a calling to be one with nature and its grounding properties. In her early twenties Sarah first worked at our local Monadnock state park doing various tasks, on occasion she worked on Mountain patrol helping with injuries and lost hikers. Sarah has always had a desire to help others. She coincidentally found her true passion for massage therapy talking and helping an injured hiker who led her to the path she leads now. 

Dance has always been Sarah’s true form of stress release and channeling her energy in a healthy manner. With massage Sarah incorporates the channeling of moments to be like water through her various sessions. 

Sarah also has an associates degree in health science which she always incorporates into her practices and understandings of the body. She has always loved science and the study of human anatomy and physiology alongside nature and holistic healing. Like water, Sarah flows and fits to what your needs are!
